Great Lake to Lake Events is running the Lake to Lake Classic. Team Wanderlust will be there.

Odyssey Adventure Racing is running their third 24 hour race this year in Roanoke, VA and Team Wanderlust will be there.

The Angry Seagull 24 Hour Adventure Race in Guelph, Ontario is a new race on the scene. We are considering putting together a team for this race and supporting the sport.

Chico Racing is hosting the 24 hours of Hot August Nights. Team Wanderlust has a leisurely 8 person team entered.

Team Wanderlust will be particpating in the Ecco ESAR race in Barrie this weekend. It is an eight hour adventure race held at Snow Valley. This is a training race for the Odyssey One Day Adventure Race in Roanoke, VA on July 21, 2007.

Juliette has already done a few races this year in preparation and our training is going well.

Team Wanderlust will be participating in Frontier Racing’s Winter Salomon Adventure Challenge at Mansfield Outdoor Center on the 21st of January. I should be a fun race to start off the season with a mix of mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

There are a bunch of people who keep trying to get teams together to race, but it never seems to fall into place. How about an early New Year’s resolution? Let’s pull a second Wanderlust team together and have some winter racing fun in January!

Several of us have signed up for the Lake to Lake North, a popular 35-40 Km race that starts and finishes at the Heights of Horseshoe this year. The race is followed by a BBQ and party which will be fun. If you want to join us, register and then let us know you are coming. If anyone is interested, we can arrange to car pool to the race.
